2012-08-03	Refactor and check "onlyReadsMemory" before optimizing builtins.	Bob Wilson
	This patch is mostly just refactoring a bunch of copy-and-pasted code, but it also adds a check that the call instructions are readnone or readonly. 2012-08-03	Fall back to selection DAG isel for calls to builtin functions.	Bob Wilson
	Fast isel doesn't currently have support for translating builtin function calls to target instructions. For embedded environments where the library functions are not available, this is a matter of correctness and not just optimization. For now, the AsmParser, BitcodeReader, and IRBuilder all preserve backwards compatability, and the Core LLVM APIs preserve backwards compatibility for IR producers.
