2012-08-03	Fix memcmp code-gen to honor -fno-builtin.	Bob Wilson
	I noticed that SelectionDAGBuilder::visitCall was missing a check for memcmp in TargetLibraryInfo, so that it would use custom code for memcmp calls even with -fno-builtin. 2009-12-24	handle equality memcmp of 8 bytes on x86-64 with two unaligned loads and a	Chris Lattner

2009-12-24	move an optimization for memcmp out of simplifylibcalls and into	Chris Lattner
	SDISel. This optimization was causing simplifylibcalls to introduce type-unsafe nastiness.
