2012-02-01	Disable InstCombine unsafe folding bitcasts of calls w/ varargs.	Jim Grosbach
	Changing arguments from being passed as fixed to varargs is unsafe, as the ABI may require they be handled differently (stack vs. register, for example). 	direct calls bails out unless caller and callee have essentially equivalent parameter attributes. This is illogical - the callee's attributes should be of no relevance here.
