2010-10-18	Make BasicAliasAnalysis a normal AliasAnalysis implementation which	Dan Gohman
	does normal initialization and normal chaining. Change the default AliasAnalysis implementation to NoAlias. Update StandardCompileOpts.h and friends to explicitly request BasicAliasAnalysis.
