2004-06-29	Remove files no longer needed. ConstantReader and InstructionReader were	Reid Spencer
	integrated into Reader. Parser.* was just a bad idea. AnalyzerInternals.h is no longer needed. ReaderPrimitives.h was integrated into Reader.h and Reader.cpp. Dumper.cpp was integrated into Analyzer.cpp. ReaderInternals.h became Reader.h. 2004-01-15	Change all of the bytecode reader primitives to throw exceptions instead of	Chris Lattner
	returning error codes. Because they don't return an error code, they can return the value read, which simplifies the code and makes the reader more efficient (yaay!).
