r94686 changed all ModuleProvider parameters to Modules, which made the
1-argument ExecutionEngine::create(Module*) ambiguous with the signature that used to be ExecutionEngine::create(ModuleProvider*, defaulted_params). Fixed by removing the 1-argument create().
