 3) Sparc32 LEON bug fixes from Daniel Hellstrom and Andreas Larsson.
 4) Provide cmpxchg64(), from Geert Uytterhoeven.
 5) Device refcount and registry bug fixes from Federico Vaga and Wei
    Yongjun.
