	bash for alternative of $(ECHO)." It broke the llvm-gcc-native-mingw32 buildbot, and we need all of them to be green for the 2.9 branch. 2010-08-02	tests: Add an 'llvm-lit' tool (script), which gets generated as part of the	Daniel Dunbar
	build and has the object build directory baked into it.
