2012-07-02	Convert the uses of '\|&' to use '2>&1 \|' instead, which works on old	Chandler Carruth
	versions of Bash. In addition, I can back out the change to the lit built-in shell test runner to support this. 2010-10-18	Make BasicAliasAnalysis a normal AliasAnalysis implementation which	Dan Gohman
	does normal initialization and normal chaining. Change the default AliasAnalysis implementation to NoAlias. Update StandardCompileOpts.h and friends to explicitly request BasicAliasAnalysis.
