2011-08-03	A couple fixes for preprocessor expressions:	Eli Friedman
	1. Be more tolerant of comments in -CC (comment-preserving) mode. We were missing a few cases. 2. Make sure to expand the second FOO in "#if defined FOO FOO". 2009-12-15	Update tests to use %clang_cc1 instead of 'clang-cc' or 'clang -cc1'.	Daniel Dunbar
	- This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable" which is substituted.
