2011-08-19	objective-c: Bring objective-c handling of decl context	Fariborz Jahanian
	to modernity. Instead of passing down individual context objects from parser to sema, establish decl context in parser and have sema access current context as needed. 2011-04-22	Fixes an instance method meta-data generation bug in	Fariborz Jahanian
	ObjC NeXt runtime where method pointer registered in metadata belongs to an unrelated method.
