2011-02-19	Warn about code that uses variables and functions with internal linkage	John McCall
	without defining them. This should be an error, but I'm paranoid about "uses" that end up not actually requiring a definition. I'll revisit later. Also, teach IR generation to not set internal linkage on variable declarations, just for safety's sake. Doing so produces an invalid module if the variable is not ultimately defined. 2010-08-12	Just disable the hidden-visibility optimization for now by hiding it behind	John McCall
	a -cc1 option. The Darwin linker complains about mixed visibility when linking gcc-built objects with clang-built objects, and the optimization isn't really that valuable. 	- This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable" which is substituted.
