2009-12-15	Update tests to use %clang_cc1 instead of 'clang-cc' or 'clang -cc1'.	Daniel Dunbar
	- This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable" which is substituted. 2009-06-30	When recursively instantiating function templates, keep track of the	Douglas Gregor
	instantiation stack so that we provide a full instantiation backtrace. Previously, we performed all of the instantiations implied by the recursion, but each looked like a "top-level" instantiation. The included test case tests the previous fix for the instantiation of DeclRefExprs.
