Catch placeholder types in DefaultLvalueConversion
and DefaultFunctionArrayLvalueConversion. To prevent significant regression for should-this-be-a-call fixits, and to repair some such regression from the introduction of bound member placeholders, make those placeholder checks try to build calls appropriately.
