Introduce a CodeCompletionResult::CreateCodeCompletionString() that
does not depend on Sema, it accepts an ASTContext and a Preprocessor. Step towards making clang_getCursorCompletionString not depend on Sema. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/cfe/trunk@148278 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
