Reword info about creating SSH key - it's not required to add it to Github account. Mention adding created SSH key to Gerrit account - without this step it's not possible to access Gerrit in further steps. HACKING: Fix instruction for git pull --rebase

When following the Patch Guidelines step by step, an error occurs at step 6. "git pull --rebase origin/master" results in the error: fatal: 'origin/master' does not appear to be a git repository Removing the / seems to fix this.
