2011-06-30Fix the ridiculous SubtargetFeatures API where it implicitly expects CPU name toEvan Cheng
be the first encoded as the first feature. It then uses the CPU name to look up features / scheduling itineray even though clients know full well the CPU name being used to query these properties. const_casts, and it reinforces the design of the Target classes being immutable. SelectionDAGISel::IsLegalToFold is now a static member function, because PIC16 uses it in an unconventional way. 2009-08-12Change TargetAsmInfo to be constructed via TargetRegistry from a Target+TripleChris Lattner

Massive check in. This changes the "-fast" flag to "-O#" in llc. If you want to use the old behavior, the flag is -O0. This change allows for finer-grained control over which optimizations are run at different -O levels. Most of this work was pretty mechanical. The majority of the fixes came from verifying that a "fast" variable wasn't used anymore. The JIT still uses a "Fast" flag.
