2010-10-11	Per discussion with Sanjiv, remove the PIC16 target from mainline. When/if	Chris Lattner

2010-10-04	Add hook in MCSection to decide when to use "optimized nops", for each	Jan Wen Voung

2009-10-21	Add a pass to overlay pic16 data sections for function frame and automatic	Sanjiv Gupta
	variables. This pass can be invoked by llvm-ld or opt to traverse over the call graph to detect what function frames and their automatic variables can be overlaid.
