Added member template "Add" to FoldingSetNodeID that allows "adding" arbitrary objects to a profile via dispatch to FoldingSetTrait<T>::Profile(). 'FoldingSetNodeImpl' (previously 'FoldingSetNodeID' was a typedef of 'FoldingSetNodeImpl::NodeID'). Why?
