HandlePHINodesInSuccessorBlocks that works FastISel-style. This allows PHI nodes to be updated correctly while using FastISel. This also involves some code reorganization; ValueMap and MBBMap are now members of the FastISel class, so they needn't be passed around explicitly anymore.
