2009-08-29- Add target lowering methods to get the preferred format for the FDE and LSDABill Wendling

2009-08-23Prune #includes from llvm/Linker.h and llvm/System/Path.h,Chris Lattner
forcing them down into various .cpp files. This change also: 1. Renames TimeValue::toString() and Path::toString() to ::str() for similarity with the STL. 2. Removes all stream insertion support for sys::Path, forcing clients to call .str(). 3. Removes a use of Config/alloca.h from bugpoint, using smallvector instead. 4. more properly belong. This allows removing the front-end conditionalized SJLJ code, and cleans up the generated IR considerably. "inlineasmstart/end" strings so that the contents of the directive are separate from the comment character. This lets elf targets get #APP/#NOAPP for free even if they don't use "#" as the comment character.
