2009-11-03fix an IPSCCP bug I introduced when I changed IPSCCP to start working on Chris Lattner
functions that don't have local linkage. Basically, we need to be more careful about propagating argument information to functions whose results we aren't tracking. This makes both logical sense (see below) and increases the number of functions marked readnone/readonly by about 1-2% in practice. The number of functions marked nocapture goes up by about 5-10%. The reason it makes sense is shown by the following example: if you run -functionattrs -inline on it, then no attributes are assigned.
