Driver was issuing set driver version command through all
functions in the adapter. Fix the driver to issue set driver
version once per adapter, through function 0.

NAPI poll function does not re-enable the interrupt, if __QLCNIC_DEV_UP is not set
in adapter state. This was preventing driver from receiving any packet.

So far, only net_device * could be passed along with netdevice notifier
event. This patch provides a possibility to pass custom structure
able to provide info that event listener needs to know.

qlcnic_config_npars module parameter is used to configure NPAR
operational modes where NPAR function is used for PCI passthrough.
Removing this paramter as PCI passthrough is not supported for
NPAR functions.

o After change in EPORT features of 82xx adapter, netdev->features needs to
be updated to reflect EPORT feature updates but driver was manipulating
netdev->features at wrong place.
o This patch uses netdev_update_features() and .ndo_fix_features() to
update netdev->features properly.

o When transmit timeout happens, recovery attempt should start with
adapter soft reset. If soft reset fails to resume traffic, firmware
dump will be collected and driver will perform a hard reset of the
adapter. Reset recovery on 83xx was failing after a hard reset.
This patch fixes that issue.

o Add support for VLAN id configuration per VF using
iproute2 tool.
o VLAN id's 1-4094 are treated as PVID by the PF and
Guest VLAN tagging is not allowed by default.
o PVID is disabled when the VLAN id is set to 0
o Guest VLAN tagging is allowed when the VLAN id is set to 4095.
o Only one Guest VLAN id is supported.
o VLAN id can be changed only when the VF driver is not loaded.

o FLR from Hypervisor - When hypervisor issues a VF FLR request,
adapter notifies the parent PF driver of the FLR request for PF
driver to perform any cleanup on behalf of that VF.
o FLR from VF Driver - VF driver may initiate a VF FLR request,
if VF state needs to be cleaned up before a re-initialization.
VF re-initialization during kdump is an example.
o PF driver cleans up all resources allocated on behalf of a VF,
on VF FLR notifications from the adapter or from the VF driver.

Rename the hardware VLAN acceleration features to include "CTAG" to indicate
that they only support CTAGs. Follow up patches will introduce 802.1ad
server provider tagging (STAGs) and require the distinction for hardware not
supporting acclerating both.

o Add support for commands from VF to PF.
o PF validates the commands sent by the VF before sending
it to adapter.
o vPort is a container of resources. PF creates vPort
for VFs and attach resources to it. vPort is
transparent to the VF.

o VF will use shared MSI-X interrupt vector for Tx and Rx.
o When QLCNIC_INTR_SHARED flag is set Tx and Rx will
share MSI-X interrupt vector. Tx will use a separate
MSI-X interrupt vector from Rx otherwise.

o Allow enabling only when CONFIG_QLCNIC_SRIOV is defined.
o qlcnic_sriov_pf.c has all the PF related SR-IOV
functionality.
o qlcnic_sriov_common.c has VF functionality and SR-IOV
functionality which is common between VF and PF.
o qlcnic_sriov.h is a common header file for SR-IOV defines.

Allow qlcnic to use the generic fdb handler when the driver options
are not enabled. Untill the driver is fully fixed, this allows
the use of the FDB interface with qlogic driver, but simply puts
the driver into promisc mode since the driver currently does not
support IFF_UNICAST_FLT.

Set gso_size to MSS obtained from adapter to avoid incorrect estimation
of receive MSS, which would lead to delayed ACKs in some traffic patterns
Example:
Send two or three packets and wait for ack and only then send
remaining packets.

When a user adds bridge neighbors, allow him to specify VLAN id.
If the VLAN id is not specified, the neighbor will be added
for VLANs currently in the ports filter list. If no VLANs are
configured on the port, we use vlan 0 and only add 1 entry.
