In the unlikely case that pci_find_bus() should return NULL
viacam_serial_is_enabled() is going to dereference a NULL pointer and
blow up. Better safe than sorry, so be defensive and check the
pointer.

- Misc fixes to improve code readability:
* rename struct pm_qos_request_list to struct pm_qos_request,
* rename pm_qos_req parameter to req in internal code,
consistenly use req in the API parameters,
* update the in-kernel API callers to the new parameters names,
* rename of fields names (requests, list, node, constraints)

The PM QoS implementation files are better named
kernel/power/qos.c and include/linux/pm_qos.h.
The PM QoS support is compiled under the CONFIG_PM option.

The code that checks the OLPC serial port is never built at the moment,
because CONFIG_OLPC_XO_1_5 doesn't exist and probably won't be added.
Fix it so that it gets compiled in, only executes on OLPC laptops, and
move the check into the probe routine.
The compiler is smart enough to eliminate this code when CONFIG_OLPC=n
(due to machine_is_olpc() always returning false).

continues streaming over a suspend-resume cycle.

With the v4l2_i2c_new_subdev* functions now supporting loading modules
based on modaliases, replace the hardcoded module name passed to those
functions by NULL in the cafe-ccic, via-camera and s5p-fimc drivers.
All corresponding I2C modules have been checked, and all of them include
a module aliases table with names corresponding to what the drivers
modified here use.

Add a driver for the video capture port on VIA integrated chipsets. This
version has a remaining OLPCism or two and expects to be talking to an
ov7670; those can be improved as the need arises.
