This flattens out the board directories in to individual mach groups,
we will use this for getting rid of unneeded directories, simplifying
the build system, and becoming more coherent with the refactored
arch/sh/include topology.

When I compiled Solution Engine, this become compile error
because plaform device of sh_eth device becomes enable.
When sh7710/sh7712 which could use sh_eth was chosen,
revised it so that platform device of sh_eth device became enable.

Access size to LED is not added on Solution Engine series.
LED doesn't work. Fixed this problem.

We were abusing the resource size for the number of bits, this
has been reworked using proper platform data, so this can be
tidied up now. Boards in general only have a 1-byte wide resource,
which the ioremap_nocache() case already handles.

Add some flags for the heartbeat driver, and kill off some duplication
in the bit positions for the boards that don't have special cases.
This also allows for variable access widths and inversion.

We now throw all of the machvecs in to .machvec.init and either
select one on the command line, or copy out the first (and
usually only) one to sh_mv. The rest are freed as usual.
This gets rid of all of the silly sh_mv aliasing and makes the
selection explicit rather than link-order dependent.

This consolidates the various board heartbeat LED implementations,
used for strobing the load average across a LED bank. Those boards
not implementing a full bank can hook in via the LED class.
We leave the compat hook in the machvec for now until those non-banked
boards are able to migrate to the drivers/leds.

Some more machvec overhauling and setup code cleanup. Kill off
get_system_type() and platform_setup(), we can do these both
through the machvec. While we're add it, kill off more useless
mach.c's and drop some legacy cruft from setup.c.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
