lh7a40x has only been receiving updates for updates to generic code.
The last involvement from the maintainer according to the git logs was
in 2006. As such, it is a maintainence burden with no benefit.
This gets rid of two defconfigs.

HAS_TOUCHSCREEN_ADS7843_LH7 and HAS_TOUCHSCREEN_ADC_LH7 are referenced
but not defined in the LH7A40x configuration. Comment them out to
prevent them causing warnings.

Feel free to remove the Kconfig lines. I'll add it back with
the rest of the config entries.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
