iSCSI stop_firmware mailbox command is not completing outstanding IO.

Each hardware queue has a bitmap of software queues with pending
requests. When new IO is queued on a software queue, the bit is
set, and when IO is pruned on a hardware queue run, the bit is
cleared. This causes a lot of traffic. Switch this from the regular
BITS_PER_LONG bitmap to a sparser layout, similarly to what was
done for blk-mq tagging.
20% performance increase was observed for single threaded IO, and
about 15% performanc increase on multiple threads driving the
same device.

The of_find_node_by_name function will search for a DT node named
"regulators" after the provided np node, but will not ensure that this node
is a child of np.
This might result in retrieving a "regulators" node that is not related to
the axp20x PMIC.

In some cases the pcm stream is closed while context has been
scheduled to be restored, causing a null pointer deref panic.
Cancel work to ensure stream does not get freed while work is
still active/pending.
Also, restoring the pcm context can be safely skipped after the
stream has been stopped. Check if pcm stream is still running
before restoring stream context to help pending work finish
more quickly in stream close path.

ALSA SoC core marks widgets as connected by default when they are
initialized in snd_soc_dapm_new_control() so there is no need to call
snd_soc_dapm_enable_pin() from machine driver init functions.

This also propagates through the drivers.
The orinoco driver uses the cfg80211 API structs for internal
bookkeeping, and so needs a (void *) cast that removes the
const - but that's OK because it allocates those pointers.

We can apperently miss them, but breaking the entire driver hampers
testing. So bail out after one minute, our customerary "this is a lost
cause" timeout.

So far we used the wrong opcodes to access the DSI registers, so the
register writes during DSI programming didn't actually succeed and left
the registers unchanged. This wasn't a problem for the initial modeset,
where the BIOS-programmed values happened to work, but after resuming
from s0ix these registers are reset and failing to program them results
in a blank screen.

These opcodes are not specific for an endpoint, but are the same for all
endpoints. So rename them accordingly, using the name the VLV2 sideband
HAS uses. Also move the macros to the .c file, since they aren't used
anywhere else.

They really belong in block/, especially now since it's not in

gets it wrong when in fs/.

In the legacy platform data case each TMU platform device handles a
single channel with a single IRQ for the platform device. Retrieve the
IRQ using the logical channel number instead of the hardware channel
number.

The audio setup on Peach-pit board is similar to Snow board, hence the
sound-card driver used on Snow board can be reused on Peach-pit board.
Peach-pit board uses MAX98090 audio codec.

The audio codec on Snow board, MAX98095 is connected on I2C7 bus.
Also it requires the GPX1-7 line to be pulled up.
Updated Snow DTS file to incorporate above changes and added a
sound node to instantiate the I2S-based sound card.

Replace compatible string for HDMI node in Exynos5420. Since
latest restructring in Drm hdmi driver, it is agreed to use
a seperate compatible string for Exynos5420 HDMI IP siince it
uses APB mapped Phy.

There doesn't seem to be a good reason for not enabling the
MAC_FILTER_IN_BEACON flag for P2P client, as we do for station.
This can prevent potential, hard-to-reproduce problems during
association.

Set the MAC_FILTER_IN_BEACON flag in iwl_mvm_mac_ctxt_cmd_sata() also
when forced_assoc_off is set, so it's aligned with when we are not

We should not allow diversity when BT Coex needs the second
antenna. Thermal Throttling can also request to stop using
the second antenna. Honour those requests.

iwl_mvm_power_update_mac() (more specifically
iwl_mvm_power_iterator()) relies on the phy_ctxt setting to decide
whether the vif is active or not. When unassigning a chanctx, we
should therefore call iwl_mvm_power_update_mac() after setting
phy_chanctx to NULL.
