This patch add Exynos3250's SoC ID. Exynos 3250 is SoC that
is based on the 32-bit RISC processor for Smartphone.
Exynos3250 uses Cortex-A7 dual cores and has a target speed
of 1.0GHz.

According PCI local bus specification, the register of Message
Control for MSI (offset: 2, length: 2) has bit#0 to enable or
disable MSI logic and it shouldn't be part contributing to the
calculation of MSI interrupt count. The patch fixes the issue.

Coverity reports use of a tained scalar used as a loop boundary.
For the most part, any values passed from userspace for a DMA mapping
size, IOVA, or virtual address are valid, with some alignment
constraints. The size is ultimately bound by how many pages the user
is able to lock, IOVA is tested by the IOMMU driver when doing a map,
and the virtual address needs to pass get_user_pages. The only
problem I can find is that we do expect the __u64 user values to fit
within our variables, which might not happen on 32bit platforms. Add
a test for this and return error on overflow. Also propagate use of
the type-correct local variables throughout the function.
The above also points to the 'end' variable, which can be zero if
we're operating at the very top of the address space. We try to
account for this, but our loop botches it. Rework the loop to use
the remaining size as our loop condition rather than the IOVA vs end.

There's nothing we can do different if pci_load_and_free_saved_state()
fails, other than maybe print some log message, but the actual re-load
of the state is an unnecessary step here since we've only just saved
it. We can cleanup a coverity warning and eliminate the unnecessary
step by freeing the state ourselves.

Add support for a generic PCI host controller, such as a
firmware-initialised device with static windows or an emulation by
something such as kvmtool.
The controller itself has no configuration registers and has its address
spaces described entirely by the device-tree (using the bindings from
ePAPR). Both CAM and ECAM are supported for Config Space accesses.
Add corresponding documentation for the DT binding.

On i.MX6 the host controller MSI IRQ is shared with PCI legacy INTD. Make
sure we don't bail too early from the IRQ handler.
The issue is fairly theoretical as it would require a system setup with a
PCIe switch where one connected device is using legacy INTD and another one
using MSI, but better fix it now.

With the conversion of the saved_cmdlines output to use seq_read, there
is now a race between accessing the values of the saved_cmdlines and
the writing to them. The trace_cmdline_lock needs to be taken at
the start and stop of the seq calls.
A new __trace_find_cmdline() call is created to allow for the look up
to happen without taking the lock.

"Fixes for livelocks in shrink_dentry_list() introduced by fixes to
shrink list corruption; the root cause was that trylock of parent's
->d_lock could be disrupted by d_walk() happening on other CPUs,
resulting in shrink_dentry_list() making no progress *and* the same
d_walk() being called again and again for as long as
shrink_dentry_list() doesn't get past that mess.
The solution is to have shrink_dentry_list() treat that trylock
failure not as 'try to do the same thing again', but 'lock them in the

Call pcie_bus_configure_settings() on ARM, like for other platforms.
pcie_bus_configure_settings() makes sure the MPS across the bus is uniform
and provides the ability to tune the MRSS and MPS to higher performance
values. This is particularly important for embedded where there is no
firmware to program these PCIe settings for the OS.

When sizing the TPH capability we store the register containing the
table size into the 'dword' variable, but then use the uninitialized
'byte' variable to analyze the size. The table size is also actually
reported as an N-1 value, so correct sizing to account for this.
The round_up() for both TPH and DPA is unnecessary, remove it.

On platforms implementing CPU power management, the CPUidle subsystem
can allow CPUs to enter idle states where local timers logic is lost on power
down. To keep the software timers functional the kernel relies on an
always-on broadcast timer to be present in the platform to relay the
interrupt signalling the timer expiries.
For platforms implementing CPU core gating that do not implement an always-on
HW timer or implement it in a broken way, this patch adds code to initialize
the kernel hrtimer based clock event device upon boot (which can be chosen as
tick broadcast device by the kernel).
It relies on a dynamically chosen CPU to be always powered-up. This CPU then
relays the timer interrupt to CPUs in deep-idle states through its HW local
timer device.
Having a CPU always-on has implications on power management platform
capabilities and makes CPUidle suboptimal, since at least a CPU is kept
always in a shallow idle state by the kernel to relay timer interrupts,
but at least leaves the kernel with a functional system with some working
power management capabilities.
The hrtimer based clock event device is unconditionally registered, but
has the lowest possible rating such that any broadcast-capable HW clock
event device present will be chosen in preference as the tick broadcast
device.

Reimplement get_cycles().]
On systems were for whatever reasons we can't use the cycle counter, fall
back to the c0_random register as an entropy source. It has however a
very small range that makes it suitable for random_get_entropy only and
not get_cycles.
This optimised version compiles to 8 instructions in the fast path even in
the worst case of all the conditions to check being variable (including a
MFC0 move delay slot that is only required for very old processors):

On most targets the sequence will be shorter and on some it will reduce to
a single `MFC0 <reg>,c0_count', as all MIPS architecture (i.e. non-legacy
MIPS) processors require the CP0 Count register to be present.
The only known exception that reports MIPS architecture compliance, but
contrary to that lacks CP0 Count is the Ingenic JZ4740 thingy. For broken
platforms like that this code requires cpu_has_counter to be hardcoded to
0 (i.e. no variable setting is permitted) so as not to penalise all the
other good platforms out there.
The asm barrier is required so that the compiler does not pull any
potentially costly (cold cache!) `cpu_data' variable access into the fast
path.

We have the same problem with ->d_lock order in the inner loop, where
we are dropping references to ancestors. Same solution, basically -
instead of using dentry_kill() we use lock_parent() (introduced in the
previous commit) to get that lock in a safe way, recheck ->d_count
(in case if lock_parent() has ended up dropping and retaking ->d_lock
and somebody managed to grab a reference during that window), trylock
the inode->i_lock and use __dentry_kill() to do the rest.

The cause of livelocks there is that we are taking ->d_lock on
dentry and its parent in the wrong order, forcing us to use
trylock on the parent's one. d_walk() takes them in the right
order, and unfortunately it's not hard to create a situation
when shrink_dentry_list() can't make progress since trylock
keeps failing, and shrink_dcache_parent() or check_submounts_and_drop()
keeps calling d_walk() disrupting the very shrink_dentry_list() it's
waiting for.
Solution is straightforward - if that trylock fails, let's unlock
the dentry itself and take locks in the right order. We need to
stabilize ->d_parent without holding ->d_lock, but that's doable
using RCU. And we'd better do that in the very beginning of the
loop in shrink_dentry_list(), since the checks on refcount, etc.
would need to be redone anyway.
That deals with a half of the problem - killing dentries on the
shrink list itself. Another one (dropping their parents) is
in the next commit.
locking parent is interesting - it would be easy to do rcu_read_lock(),
lock whatever we think is a parent, lock dentry itself and check
if the parent is still the right one. Except that we need to check
that *before* locking the dentry, or we are risking taking ->d_lock
out of order. Fortunately, once the D1 is locked, we can check if
D2->d_parent is equal to D1 without the need to lock D2; D2->d_parent
can start or stop pointing to D1 only under D1->d_lock, so taking
D1->d_lock is enough. In other words, the right solution is
rcu_read_lock/lock what looks like parent right now/check if it's
still our parent/rcu_read_unlock/lock the child.
