[Bluetooth] Fix NULL pointer dereference in HCI line discipline
Normally a serial Bluetooth device is opened, TIOSETD'ed to N_HCI line discipline, HCIUARTSETPROTO'ed and finally closed. In case the device fails to HCIUARTSETPROTO, closing it produces a NULL pointer dereference.
