ACPI: Revert "ACPI / AC: convert ACPI ac driver to platform bus"
Revert commit cc8ef5270734 (ACPI / AC: convert ACPI ac driver to
platform bus) that is reported to break thermal management on
MacBook Air 2013 with ArchLinux.
