nconfig: Fix segfault when help contains special characters

nconfig segfaults when help text contains the character '%'. For a quick example, navigate to the kernel compression options and get the help for bzip2. Doing so triggers a call to mvwprintw() with a string containing '%' and no extra arguments to fill in the specifier's value. Making gconfig fails on fedora 13 as the linker cannot resolve dlsym. Adding libdl to the link command fixes this. make shows this error :- /usr/bin/ld: scripts/kconfig/kconfig_load.o: undefined reference to symbol 'dlsym@@GLIBC_2.2.5' /usr/bin/ld: note: 'dlsym@@GLIBC_2.2.5' is defined in DSO /lib64/libdl.so.2 so try adding it to the linker command line /lib64/libdl.so.2: could not read symbols: Invalid operation tested on x86_64 fedora 13. kconfig: Hide error output in find command in streamline_config.pl

Finding the list of Makefiles in streamline-config should not report errors. Also move the "chomp" to the @makefiles array instead of doing it in the for loop. This is more efficient, and does not make it any less readable by C programmers.
