uwb: Use kcalloc instead of kzalloc to allocate array

The advantage of kcalloc is, that will prevent integer overflows which could result from the multiplication of number of elements and size and it is also a bit nicer to read. USB: convert some miscellanies drivers to use module_usb_driver()

This converts the remaining USB drivers in the kernel to use the module_usb_driver() macro which makes the code smaller and a bit simpler.
