byReAssocCount is incremented every second resulting in
disassociated message being send every 10 seconds whether
connection or not.

byReAssocCount should only advance while eCommandState
is in WLAN_ASSOCIATE_WAIT

Change existing scope to if condition.

Jonathan writes:

Second set of IIO fixes for the 3.16 cycle.

* A fix for a bug in setting threshold levels within the ad799x driver
which prevents correct setting of the thresholds.
* In ad7291 fix an case where a ERR_PTR value was returned directly
instead of having PTR_ERR applied. Hence it would report success
 instead of failure.
* of_iio_channel_get_by_name returned a non null pointer if it fails
and the callee was expecting NULL to indicate failure. Fixed by
returning NULL in the error cases.

Commit 4a9fdbb (staging: core: tiomap3430.c Fix line over 80 characters.)
erroneously removed the parentheses around the function pointer leading
to the following build error (when enabling the build of TI DSP/Bridge
driver):

drivers/staging/tidspbridge/core/tiomap3430.c: In function 'bridge_brd_monitor':
drivers/staging/tidspbridge/core/tiomap3430.c:283:10: error: invalid type argument of unary '*' (have 'u32')
make[3]: *** [drivers/staging/tidspbridge/core/tiomap3430.o] Error 1

Fix this build error properly.

Fixes: 4a9fdbb (staging: core: tiomap3430.c Fix line over 80 characters.)

We should be returning a negative error code instead of success here.

This would have been detected by GCC, except that the "ret" variable was
initialized with a bogus value to disable GCC's uninitialized variable
warnings. I've cleaned that up, as well.

If connector->dpms is left untouched, it defaults
to DRM_MODE_DPMS_ON (0).

As a result, drm_helper_connector_dpms will exit when
it will be asked to set the state to DRM_MODE_DPMS_ON,
because it is already set.

That issue prevented displays from turning on at boot.
