module_param(bool) used to counter-intuitively take an int. In fddd5201 (mid-2009) we allowed bool or int/unsigned int using a messy trick. It's time to remove the int/unsigned int option. memstick: change to new flag variable

The EXTRA_CFLAGS assignment in memstick/Makefile was not accomplishing anything because this flag only has effect on sources at the same level as the makefile (i.e., per directory). workqueue, freezer: unify spelling of 'freeze' + 'able' to 'freezable'

There are two spellings in use for 'freeze' + 'able' - 'freezable' and 'freezeable'. The former is the more prominent one. The latter is mostly used by workqueue and in a few other odd places. memstick: factor out transfer initiating functionality in mspro_block.c

Apart from currently used standard memstick data transfer method, Sony introduced several newer ones, to uncover full bandwidth/capacity of its Pro, HG and XC media formats. This patch lays a foundation to enable those methods as made possible by host/media capabilities. As a side effect of this patch, mspro_block_read_attributes became more streamlined and readable.
