The CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL config item has not carried much meaning for a while now and is almost always enabled by default. CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev* markings need to be removed. This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers. Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand. bootmem: fix wrong call parameter for free_bootmem()

It is strange that alloc_bootmem() returns a virtual address and free_bootmem() requires a physical address. Anyway, free_bootmem()'s first parameter should be physical address. There are some call sites for free_bootmem() with virtual address. So fix them.
