Convert all uses of devm_request_and_ioremap() to the newly introduced devm_ioremap_resource() which provides more consistent error handling. devm_ioremap_resource() provides its own error messages so all explicit error messages can be removed from the failure code paths. tty: Added a CONFIG_TTY option to allow removal of TTY

The option allows you to remove TTY and compile without errors. This saves space on systems that won't support TTY interfaces anyway. bloat-o-meter output is below. The bulk of this patch consists of Kconfig changes adding "depends on TTY" to various serial devices and similar drivers that require the TTY layer. Ideally, these dependencies would occur on a common intermediate symbol such as SERIO, but most drivers "select SERIO" rather than "depends on SERIO", and "select" does not respect dependencies. bloat-o-meter output comparing our previous minimal to new minimal by removing TTY. Some MSI laptop BIOSes are broken - INT 15h code uses port 92h to enable A20 line but resume code assumes that KBC was used. The laptop will not resume from S3 otherwise but powers off after a while and then powers on again stuck with a blank screen. Fix it by enabling A20 using KBC in i8042_platform_init for x86.
