If the machine is booted without any cpu_idle driver set (b/c disable_cpuidle() has been called) we should follow other users of cpu_idle API and check the return value for NULL before using it. ACPI: intel_idle : break dependency between modules

When the system is booted with some cpus offline, the idle driver is not initialized. When a cpu is set online, the acpi code call the intel idle init function. Unfortunately this code introduce a dependency between intel_idle and acpi. This patch is intended to remove this dependency by using the notifier of intel_idle. Many users of debugfs copy the implementation of default_open() when they want to support a custom read/write function op. This leads to a proliferation of the default_open() implementation across the entire tree. Now that the common implementation has been consolidated into libfs we can replace all the users of this function with simple_open().
