Pull random subsystem patches from Ted Ts'o:
 "This patch series contains a major revamp of how we collect entropy
  from interrupts for /dev/random and /dev/urandom.

  The goal is to addresses weaknesses discussed in the paper "Mining
  your Ps and Qs: Detection of Widespread Weak Keys in Network Devices",
  by Nadia Heninger, Zakir Durumeric, Eric Wustrow, J.  Alex Halderman,
  which will be published in the Proceedings of the 21st Usenix Security
  Symposium, August 2012.  (See https://factorable.net for more
  information and an extended version of the paper.)"

Fix up trivial conflicts due to nearby changes in

The hex constant chosen for HV_LINUX_GUEST_ID_HI was offensive, update to use
the decimal equivalent instead.

<title>drivers: hv: remove IRQF_SAMPLE_RANDOM which is now a no-op</title>

With the changes in the random tree, IRQF_SAMPLE_RANDOM is now a
no-op; interrupt randomness is now collected unconditionally in a very
low-overhead fashion; see commit 775f4b297b.  The IRQF_SAMPLE_RANDOM
flag was scheduled to be removed in 2009 on the
feature-removal-schedule, so this patch is preparation for the final
removal of this flag.

Pull driver core updates from Greg Kroah-Hartman:
 "Here's the driver core, and other driver subsystems, pull request for
  the 3.5-rc1 merge window.

  Outside of a few minor driver core changes, we ended up with the
  following different subsystem and core changes as well, due to
  interdependancies on the driver core:
   - hyperv driver updates
   - drivers/memory being created and some drivers moved into it
   - extcon driver subsystem created out of the old Android staging
     switch driver code
   - dynamic debug updates
   - printk rework, and /dev/kmsg changes

  All of this has been tested in the linux-next releases for a few weeks
  with no reported problems.

that a patch to the deleted drivers/misc/max8997-muic.c driver needs to

The current version negotiation code is not "future proof". Fix this
by allowing each service the flexibility to either specify the highest
version it can support or it can support the highest version number
the host is offering.

The vmbus_prep_negotiate_resp() is only invoked when we are negotiating
the version; so the current check in vmbus_prep_negotiate_resp()
is unnecessary. Get rid of it.

This function returns negative error codes, but because the type is u16
they get truncated into positive numbers.  It doesn't look like the
callers care, but we should fix it anyway as a cleanup.

<title>net/hyperv: Add flow control based on hi/low watermark</title>

In the existing code, we only stop queue when the ringbuffer is full,
so the current packet has to be dropped or retried from upper layer.

This patch stops the tx queue when available ringbuffer is below
the low watermark. So the ringbuffer still has small amount of space
available for the current packet. This will reduce the overhead of
retries on sending.

We have only supported enumeration only from the AUTO pool. Now support
enumeration from all the available pools.

Support the newly defined KVP message types. It turns out that the host
pushes a set of standard key value pairs as soon as the guest opens the KVP channel.
Since we cannot handle these tuples until the user level daemon loads up, defer
reading the KVP channel until the user level daemon is launched.
