firmware: Add missing attributes to EFI variable attribute print out from sysfs

It also updates code to use pre-defined constants for masking current value of attributes. pcdp: use early_ioremap/early_iounmap to access pcdp table

The routine uses ioremap/iounmap to setup access to the HCDP/PCDP table information. This patch was tested on an x86_64 prototype system which uses the HCDP/PCDP table for early console setup. efivars: Improve variable validation

efi: Validate UEFI boot variables

A common flaw in UEFI systems is a refusal to POST triggered by a malformed boot variable. Once in this state, machines may only be restored by reflashing their firmware with an external hardware device. While this is obviously a firmware bug, the serious nature of the outcome suggests that operating systems should filter their variable writes in order to prevent a malicious user from rendering the machine unusable. This resolves the conflict in the arch/arm/mach-s3c64xx/s3c6400.c file, and it fixes the build error in the arch/x86/kernel/microcode_core.c file, that the merge did not catch. The microcode_core.c patch was provided by Stephen Rothwell who was invaluable in the merge issues involved with the large sysdev removal process in the driver-core tree.
