sh: add EXPORT_SYMBOL(min_low_pfn) and EXPORT_SYMBOL(max_low_pfn) to sh_ksyms_32.c

Min_low_pfn and max_low_pfn were used in pfn_valid macro if defined CONFIG_FLATMEM. When the functions that use the pfn_valid is used in driver module, max_low_pfn and min_low_pfn is to undefined, and fail to build. ERROR: "min_low_pfn" [drivers/block/aoe/aoe.ko] undefined! irq: Consolidate do_softirq() arch overriden implementations

All arch overriden implementations of do_softirq() share the following common code: disable irqs (to avoid races with the pending check), check if there are softirqs pending, then execute __do_softirq() on a specific stack. Consolidate the common parts such that archs only worry about the stack switch. sh_eth: remove 'register_type' field from 'struct sh_eth_plat_data'

Now that the 'register_type' field of the 'sh_eth' driver's platform data is not used by the driver anymore, it's time to remove it and its initializers from the SH platform code.
