mv643xx_eth: Place explicit port number in mv643xx_eth_platform_data

We were using the platform_device.id field to identify which ethernet port is used for mv643xx_eth device. This is not generally correct. It will be incorrect, for example, if a hardware platform uses a single port but not the first port. Here, we add an explicit port_number field to struct mv643xx_eth_platform_data. Remove the use of CONFIG_MV643XX_ETH_[012] variables on most platforms. Instead, platform-specific code enables the ports supported by the hardware. After this patch, these config variables are only used in arch/ppc, so also move them from drivers/net/Kconfig to arch/ppc/Kconfig. [PATCH] sysctl: remove insert_at_head from register_sysctl

The semantic effect of insert_at_head is that it would allow new registered sysctl entries to override existing sysctl entries of the same name. Which is pain for caching and the proc interface never implemented. I have done an audit and discovered that none of the current users of register_sysctl care as (excpet for directories) they do not register duplicate sysctl entries. So this patch simply removes the support for overriding existing entries in the sys_sysctl interface since no one uses it or cares and it makes future enhancments harder. Signed-off-by: Eric W.
