dependency). These are a bunch of instructions that are duplicated so the x86 backend can support both the old and new schemes at the same time. Turn on -Wunused and -Wno-unused-parameter. Clean up most of the resulting fall out by removing unused variables. Remaining warnings have to do with unused functions (I didn't want to delete code without review) and unused variables in generated code. Maintainers should clean up the remaining issues when they see them. that were overloaded to work before and after the stackifier runs. With the new clean world, it is possible to write patterns for these instructions: woo! This also adds a few simple patterns here and there, though there are a lot still missing. These should be easy to add though. :) See the comments under "Floating Point Stack Support" for more details on the new world order.
