This adds 'elf' as a recognized target triple environment value and overrides the default generated object format on Windows platforms if that value is present. 2012-09-07Fix alignment of .comm and .lcomm on mingw32.Benjamin Kramer

- Darwin lied about not supporting .lcomm and turned it into zerofill in the asm parser.
