| When built as nexe, llc is configured and built for one arch only. Variables FlagSfiData, FlagSfiLoad, FlagSfiStore, FlagSfiStack, and FlagSfiBranch have to availabe for MIPS as well, so this change moves them from ARM-only code to common code.
