2006-10-12Fix massive resource leaks in the bytecode reader. Reading a bytecode fileChris Lattner
with ParseBytecodeFile used to leak both a ModuleProvider (and related bytecode parser stuff attached to it) AND a file descriptor, which was never closed. Provide new llvm::sys::Program facilities for converting the stdout and stdin to binary mode. There is no standard way to do this and the available mechanisms are platform specific. Adjust the bytecode reader and writer to use these methods when their input is stdin or output is stdout. THis avoids the problem with \n writing CRLF to a bytecode file on windows. 2005-10-23When a function takes a variable number of pointer arguments, with a zeroJeff Cohen
pointer marking the end of the list, the zero *must* be cast to the pointer type. An un-cast zero is a 32-bit int, and at least on x86_64, gcc will not extend the zero to 64 bits, thus allowing the upper 32 bits to be random junk.
