This dramatically reduce the amount of memory allocated by the commandline stuff at static init time, changing it to build local data structures when ParseCommandLineOptions is called. In a dummy empty program that links some llvm libraries, this reduces the number of malloc'd bytes from 4864 to 3360 on entry to main. 2005-10-23When a function takes a variable number of pointer arguments, with a zeroJeff Cohen
pointer marking the end of the list, the zero *must* be cast to the pointer type. An un-cast zero is a 32-bit int, and at least on x86_64, gcc will not extend the zero to 64 bits, thus allowing the upper 32 bits to be random junk.
