2007-04-17Refactor SymbolTableListTraits to only have a single pointer in it, insteadChris Lattner
of two. This shrinkifies Function by 8 bytes (104->96) and Module by 8 bytes (68->60). This patch replaces the SymbolTable class with ValueSymbolTable which does not support types planes. This means that all symbol names in LLVM must now be unique. The patch addresses the necessary changes to deal with this and removes code no longer needed as a result. This completes the bulk of the changes for this PR. Take an incremental step towards type plane elimination. This change separates types from values in the symbol tables by finally making use of the TypeSymbolTable class. 2005-10-23When a function takes a variable number of pointer arguments, with a zeroJeff Cohen
pointer marking the end of the list, the zero *must* be cast to the pointer type. An un-cast zero is a 32-bit int, and at least on x86_64, gcc will not extend the zero to 64 bits, thus allowing the upper 32 bits to be random junk.
