2010-08-01Driver: Keep track of a separate "install dir", which is the path where clangDaniel Dunbar

taking it in pieces. - Fixes a problem where the Clang executable path was not initialized properly on Win32, because sys::Path::getBasename() doesn't do what I always think it does. anything that ends with ++ or ++-FOO (e.g., c++, clang++, clang++-1.1) as being a "C++ compiler". This allows easy testing of the C++ compiler by 'ln -s clang clang++', or by 'cp clang clang++'.
