2010-02-05	When we're parsing an expression that may have looked like a	Douglas Gregor
	declaration, we can end up with template-id annotation tokens for types that have not been converted into type annotation tokens. 2009-12-15	Update tests to use %clang_cc1 instead of 'clang-cc' or 'clang -cc1'.	Daniel Dunbar
	- This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable" which is substituted.
