	- This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable" which is substituted. 2009-05-12	Refactor the parsing of declarations so that template declarations can	Douglas Gregor
	parse just a single declaration and provide a reasonable diagnostic when the "only one declarator per template declaration" rule is violated.
